TBP Policies
General Policy
Freshness & Storage: All boards are made fresh using high-quality ingredients. They are delivered in refrigerated vehicles to maintain optimal freshness. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to refrigerate the boards until they are ready to be consumed.
Same-Day Consumption: Boards should be consumed on the same day of delivery. TBP takes no responsibility for the quality or safety of any board that is not consumed on the day of delivery.
Allergen Disclaimer: Our boards are prepared in environments where nuts, seeds, gluten, dairy, fruits, eggs, soy, and other allergens may be present. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is always a possibility.
No Time-Specific Delivery: We do not guarantee or offer time-specific delivery. Orders are delivered during a designated window and cannot be scheduled for exact times.

Brand Use & Misconduct: We do not tolerate misuse, misrepresentation, or inappropriate behavior involving our brand, boards, or services. TBP reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse service if we find any inappropriate conduct, including:
- Unsafe or suspicious delivery locations.
- Misuse of TBP boards or branding.
- Hosting events that misrepresent our brand.
Resale Prohibited: Customers are not allowed to resell TBP products, including boards or carts, under any circumstances—even if they’ve paid for them.
Grazing Table Policy
Freshness & Delivery: Grazing tables are created with fresh ingredients and delivered/setup in refrigerated vehicles. After delivery and setup, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to maintain the freshness of the food.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
More than 72 hours notice: 85% refund – A 15% fee is retained to cover planning, custom mood board creation, and coordination with our procurement team, who begin preparation more than 72 hours in advance.
48–72 hours notice: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours notice: Non-refundable
Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Venue Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access for our team (e.g., service lifts, permits, loading bay access). TBP is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to venue access issues.
Deposit Policy: A deposit may be taken for grazing tables. If damage occurs or any issue arises, TBP reserves the right to deduct from the deposit based on what we deem appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct IBAN details for deposit refunds. If your IBAN changes before the event ends, you must inform us. If notified after the event, the refund may have already been processed to the original IBAN, and TBP is not liable for any issues.
Grazing Cart Policy
Responsibility of Use: Customers are responsible for keeping the cart in good condition during the hire period. Damage due to negligence will result in deductions from the deposit.
After receiving your order confirmation and order number, you must complete the Grazing Cart Order Form provided by TBP. This form collects key event details to ensure a smooth setup and service.
If the form is not completed at least 2 days before your scheduled hire date, TBP reserves the right to cancel your order without a refund.
Cart Attendant: A TBP attendant will accompany the cart unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The attendant is not responsible for any damage caused by guests or third parties.
Any verbal/physical misconduct toward our attendants will result in immediate cancellation of the service with no refund. TBP reserves the right to remove the cart if the event environment is unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.
Delivery & Costs:
Abu Dhabi: AED 150
Al Ain & Rest of UAE: AED 300
Food Freshness & Environment: We deliver all food fresh and provide ice for the cart. However, TBP is not responsible if environmental conditions (e.g., heat, humidity, party sprays, confetti, etc.) affect the food's quality.
Cart Setup Videos: Our team will record a video upon setup to document the cart’s condition. A second video will be taken before disassembly to ensure proper condition tracking.
Deposit & Refunds:
A deposit will be taken and refunded within 1 week after the event. However, it may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
If there is damage, the deposit will not be refunded.
TBP will deduct from the deposit based on what we deem appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct IBAN details for deposit refunds. If your IBAN changes before the event ends, you must inform us. If notified after the event, the refund may have already been processed to the original IBAN, and TBP is not liable for any issues.
Board Type Provided:
Over 40 guests / high footfall / corporate events → Disposable wooden boards only (unless otherwise requested).
Customers will be informed in advance whether they will receive reusable branded TBP boards or disposable boards.
Branding:
All grazing carts include a TBP poster and branded food-grade paper under the boards and inside food containers.
Removal of TBP branding from the poster will incur double the cost of the customized poster.
If you wish to use custom branding on the food paper, there is a charge of AED 250.
Complete removal of TBP branding (posters, boards, paper, etc.) is subject to additional charges based on event size and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Venue Access: The customer must organize all necessary permissions for cart delivery and setup. If access is denied on the event day, the order will be canceled with no refund.
Resale Prohibited: Customers are strictly prohibited from selling TBP boards, carts, or any products to others, including guests.
Delivery and Cancellation Policy
TBP does not provide time-specific delivery.
Delivery is via our own team using refrigerated vehicles.

AED 40 in Al Ain and the rest of UAE
